Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Vintage Oversized Hoodie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@vintageoversizedhoodie.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time.
